"This website sells knockoffs!"

This website sells knockoffs. The packaging looks completely different, and the quality of the iPhone case is much worse.
Please, everyone, don’t buy from here

counterfeit product as other reviewer have pointed out. Do NOT trust the reviews on their website, they are fake and false. The case I received was of really bad quality and has a strong unpleasant smell. I would even doubt whether or not the product is safe to use.

After I requested a return, they said there would be a 9.9 USD return fee despite the poor quality.

"Shop app says cannot find tracking…"

Shop app says cannot find tracking number and it’s been over 2 weeks since I ordered a case and haven’t gotten it

Ordered 2 weeks ago and still not delivered. According to the tracking my order is sitting in a warehouse somewhere in Los Angeles. Hasn’t moved since I ordered. I messaged caseovo through the Shop app (tracking) and all they sent me was the same exact tracking info I was already looking. I’ve emailed them still waiting for a response. ALSO I cannot find anywhere to cancel my order…even if they do show up, I’m still returning for a refund. If an Etsy or Depop seller can send their stuff out within a week, there’s no excuse for a company this large. Get it together Caseovo!

The product I received is a counterfeit Apple product. The quality is sub par, color is not a genuine Apple color, and it was shipped in fake Apple packaging. I reached out to the company twice and never received a response. Order off of Ebay if you can.

The company responded to this review stating they have a 30 day return policy and to email their support address. As stated in my original review, I have already contacted them twice, including at that email address, and never received a response. Their customer service is garbage. Do not order from them.

My order came quick and I also ordered the wrong color case but they helped exchange it before it was sent to me! Absolutely amazing customer service and I would most likely order again! And tell my friends about caseovo
