If I could give zero stars I would.
This company is a sham, beware! They do not answer phone calls, emails or live chat. I contacted them three times regarding my order, no response.
Then I get an email with a tracking number for my order one month later. The idiots sent my order to Brooklyn, NY. I live in AZ.
Pretty shady as the company is located in Brooklyn, NY.
Do not buy anything from this company, I believe they are fraudulent. Going to my bank to see if I can get my money back somehow.

If I could give zero stars I would. Crappy product. Customer service unresponsive to my various emails. When I finally got through to someone she said there is nothing she can do and said there was no manager to talk to to give me a refund or make a new product. Do not buy custom wood anything from ababy.com. The stool I bought looked like it was made from a High school kids wood shop class. I will not give this as a gift to my friend as I’m embarrassed of the product I received! Very disappointed..

Ordered a replacement mattress for a cradle that was made for me when I was born. The cradle is larger than most so I was happy to find a company that was customize a mattress for my needs, It’s perfect and my grandson is sleeping happily on it.

"Missing Mounting Piece"

We recieved our light and it was everything we expected but it was missing some of the mounting pieces required for the light to attach to our fixture. I am currently working to get a hold of someone to send us the correct mounting pieces so that we can get our light up in time for our babies arrival.

I was able to reach someone the following day and got the mounting pieces in less than a week.

The quality of the item I ordered was horrible. I sent an email and they wouldn't return it because it was personalized. The wood was chipped. The paint was sloppy. I was going to give it as a gift but threw it out instead. It cost me $45. Their explanation was that there would be drips and smears because it was handmade...dumbest thing I've ever heard. I will never order from them again. They don't back up their products. Customer service was horrible.

I ordered an unfinished step stool to paint for a client and when it arrived, the bottom leg was completely cracked. Was going to return but didn’t have the time to do so because client had a deadline. Not satisfied.

We ordered a custom cradle mattress and sheets for our future granddaughter and were so worried that it would not arrive in time; but Sara reassured me that she would do her best to get it to us by our deadline. And true to her word, the mattress and sheets arrived with a couple of days to spare. And they included a $5 coupon for future purchases. Five stars to Ababy.
