"Disappointing "

I recently purchased a pair of shoes, but when they arrived, I was disappointed to find they didn’t seem new. There was visible dirt on the shoes, as if they had been worn before, and when I tried them on, they didn’t have that "fresh out of the box" feel either. I expect a new product when I pay for one, not something that feels pre-used. This experience left me questioning the quality control process. Definitely not what I was expecting.
