"Stay clear of Fabulous Bingo/Vegas…"

Stay clear of Fabulous Bingo I played this site for months putting a lot of money in & im quite lucky taking m on neuu y out. Then Microsoft.closed my email and on same day I locked myself out my fabulous bingo account with £92 credit, after numerous emails & phone calls no one can help me access my account & have now blocked me from using it still with £92 credit on it. I asked them to pay credit & close the account but guess what they don’t even acknowledge the emails. These companies are great while they are benefiting or making a profit but total different story when it’s the customers trying to withdraw funds day light robbery

This site is a joke.
I have been a member for a long time however only used it again recently. I was lucky and won £50 but when I tried to withdraw it I was informed I needed to verify my account (they were quick enough to take the deposit)
I sent required ID (passport and letter with address)
Photo ID fine
Letter with address not. So I sent another. Now this is where it gets confusing. I got 1 email telling me my account had been verified. Then another telling me they needed more information.
I needed to take a picture of myself holding up my passport. And worryingly a picture of the front and back of my debit card!
I have disputed the fact I have an email saying they have verified my account yet they have still not let me into the account to withdraw!
I get emails all through the day and night from them and after reading the reviews I do believe this site needs looking into.
Avoid at all costs!

I actually wanted to give it a try but after reading so many bad reviews I don't want to spend my money on it. It's really sad that so many were not able to withdraw the winnings, not great when you read something like that I wonder why the rating is still so highly praised as a good site. Its really not easy to choose.

After signing up, I deposited and spent it on Bingo 90 Deal or No Deal. Then I got a £50 welcome bonus, which I used in the same bingo room. After winning some pounds that appeared in my cash balance, NOT as a BONUS, I decided to play slots and unbelievably lucked out with a £6500 win. I withdrew £400 and went to sleep. The next day, I saw the withdrawal was successful, but a few hours later, my account got closed without any explanation. I only received a response over a day later after reaching out to support. Here's what they said:

''After checking your account, I am sorry to say that due to breach of our terms of use, your winnings from bonus funds are no longer redeemable and your account is closed.''

Clearly, the reason is the big win that they don't want to pay out to players.
