"Didn't arrive on time- shady company"
Paid extra for shipping to get here by Oct. 29th and it still hasn't arrived Nov 2. Don't offer extra shipping if it can't get here when promised. I received an email that said it shipped Oct. 25th but according to tracking it didn't ship until Oct. 28th. I tried to contact them via the site and no response. Phone calls went unanswered. I emailed them again and received a response saying they won't even refund the shipping. The item I ordered was expensive so it's not like I didn't spend a good amount with them. Very disappointed.

Would vote zero stars if I could. Ordered a Halloween mask from this company and paid £6.99 for fast delivery - didn’t arrive on time. Seems the parcel has been to more places than I.
UPDATE actually Joe, yes I do have a brain and I ordered this mask from you because if I paid £6.99 for expedited shipping then I would receive ‘by 29/10/22’ your words - now I suggest you take a look at my order confirmation and there it is stated quite clearly delivery ‘by 29/10/22’ now in my book, this does not mean I will receive it on 1/11/22. Now I have to return this stinky mask - yes it stinks - at my cost - to china, for a refund I will never receive. Never again.
