"Hopeless service"

Ordered a barbecue over a month ago. Have called twice to find out where the barbecue is. Am always told someone will certainly call me back. No one ever calls back. So currently I am down £430 with no way of knowing how to get my money back.

Having paid for the goods no indication yet when we can expect delivery.

I've ordered from Cupar Garden Centre a few times now but this time was extremely special. Their attitude towards customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced and would happily rate Cupar Garden Centre higher than 5/5 if I could!
