Highly recommend Martin for personal training. We have been training now for nearly 4 months. I was a complete beginner and am enjoying feeling stronger now. If you’re a beginner like me and worried about taking the leap to engage with a PT then give Martin a try. He definitely knows how to make sure I get the best out of our workouts.

I train now for 2 years with Martin. As I started I suffered from muscle and bone pain after a chemotherapy and felt overall not right in myself. After some month, the pain started to go. Today I feel again myself, the pain is gone and, I have strength and energy. I really enjoy the workouts and looking forward to go every weak.
