"Jumpstart doesn’t care about you. "

Jumpstart gave a person a loan in my name for $20,100.00 and had it sent to a credit union to a persons account with a different name. When I tried to file a credit fraud complaint they told me it was my responsibility to have the other bank file fraud paperwork freeze the account and refund the money back to jumpstart before they would open an investigation. Road block number one the other bank will not do anything if the account is not yours. You need the police to subpoena the bank for information then the court order will make them freeze the account. So while this is going on you still need to spend 40 hours or more making calls and filling out paperwork to send to jumpstart to get the identity theft investigation started. What a joke… I hope jumpstart goes belly up.

Be very careful they offer you a budget chose your car and pay a deposit and they they decide not to offer you the loan . Saying it cause its over the 30 days that's a lie .DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OT CREDITPLUS

These are all fake reviews the stole all my money. Months and months of payments and nothing. i am in the process of taking them to court.

This company called me about reducing my debt. The lady was very nice. However, I am on the federal do not call list and they spoofed their number to look like it was local to me. This is not how a reputable company works, by any means.
