"Thank goodness for Debra at Keter"

This is a revised review, my first was only 2 stars because of after sales service problems. However, after the initial review in August 24 I was advised (via a response from Keter) to escalate the matter. In February 2025 the matter was eventually resolved (with a few delays and a bit more chasing to be honest) but in the end Debra Wood from Customer Service got a grip of the problems and was extremely helpful. Thank you Debra.

"Wonderful Customer experience "

The whole process from initial enquiry to delivery of package excellent and was perfectly smooth. Communication was excellent and even better as I was not charged!
Thankyou very much and will certainly recommend Keter products, give yourselves a big pat on the back!

"Really great after sales service"

Needed help to replace some special flange head fixing screws on a Store-it-out Max outside container shed bought in 2019 which had unfortunately rusted to a point of spoiling the appearance. Being special screws - size, thread, length - I could not find suitable ones anywhere which would do the job properly, so I followed the User Guide instructions to contact Keter on their website and completed their enquiry form. They shortly came back to me by email, and were very helpful, explaining that they do not sell replacement parts on the normal open retail market, but would check their stock of parts kept for warranty purposes and if they had any would supply some on a gesture of goodwill basis.
Within a couple of days I received an email to confirm they had them in stock and would send a complete pack of 44 screws without charge (although I had offered to pay) which was very much appreciated. They were sent and received within 2 days and I am absolutely delighted at their helpfulness, kindness and generosity. Splendid 5* service outside of warranty.

They won't replace the broken lid because I can't find the receipt, but they will send one for £15.00 plus shipping... no thanks, I've binned it already!

"Keter Sheds collapse and are dangerous "

Irish customers, Please do not buy the Keter sheds. I bought a shed from B&Q Ireland just 6 months ago. Despite being in a sheltered area of the garden, the entire roof blew off the shed and the walls collapsed inwards. The sheds are falsely advertised as being suitable for all weather conditions when in reality they are not suitable for even a minor windstorm. The shed is extremely dangerous due to how easily it breaks apart and nearly caused significant damage to a neighbours car; other parts flying across into their garden. The shed has led to all the electrical garden materials being damaged and some destroyed. I will also have to pay for the removal of this shed. The shed and damage that has occurred as a result of its collapse is over 700 euro. Please do not buy! B&Q are not accepting responsibility for the shed being falsely advertised and evidently faulty. Keter warranty website does not recognise Irish addresses which prevents Irish customers from submitting their warranty claim. Do not buy!

"Les importa un comino quedar bien."

Por el resto de opiniones, parece que no les importa que la empresa de transporte no realice bien su trabajo. Más de 20 días para la entrega de una caseta que dicen que entregan en 5 días. Te llaman para hacer la entrega el día que no es y se presenta una persona para descargar una caseta de 160kg que no está ni paletizada. Te toca hacer de mozo. Cuando te quejas a keter, la respuesta es que puedes cancelar el pedido. En compras online, el transporte es muy importante, no solo el producto. Se te quitan las ganas de comprar keter.

"Flimsy Products, Bad Customer Service"

Due to a random act of nature (Storm Bert), my storage unit was damaged. I was aware this would not be covered under the warranty so I reached out to the company for support, hoping to order spare parts as they claim to be sustainable and I wanted to fix it.

Unfortunately, I waited over 2 weeks before having to send a chaser, only to finally receive an email telling me they don't sell spare parts which is a direct contradiction to what is on their website. How can they claim to be sustainable when they refuse to sell spare parts? Unless I was lied to, in which case this poor review is even more justified. Now unfortunately all this useless plastic will be going in the bin.

Don't waste your money on this plastic rubbish and use this as motivation to build your own storage unit!

"Failed hydraulic lid rams"

A part has failed some time ago and did not follow it up because I lost the invoice. Having found it again and contacted Keter the staff have been very helpful and very prompt replying to emails. The part is now being picked and will be dispatched. First class Dana! 👍👏👏

"Poor design, not weather proof"

Product seemed ok but roof blew off in the wind. Not covered by warranty as it was caused by the weather! It's an outdoor product to keep stuff safe from the weather but is not weather proof! Poor design.
