"Horrific! Don’t buy this product."

We paid over $200 for a bag that never arrived. I have messaged and emailed many times about this and no one refunded our money, and my husband never got his Christmas gift. It has been many many months of this. I would never buy another thing from this company as long as I live. That’s a horrible investment. You will never receive your bag.

We have ordered MULTIPLE times in the past and were extremely satisfied -- however, I placed an order on March 15, paid $353, and STILL have not received my order. I have made multiple inquiries with no reply, and today I went to the website to find that it's no longer there? COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED!!!

I asked to change sizes, the order never came, I asked for a refund and never got it. They never pick up the phone or answer emails—when they do answer emails it was with attitude.

"Lexther is a not a honest company"

Lexther is a not a honest company. I ordered a leather jacket that was too small and initiated a return in which they offered to give me 20% of the total cost and keep it, or I could return it. Again, since it was too small I opted to return it, and had to cover my own shopping cost. I shipped the jacket back to them and they confirmed the shipment in December 2022, and I have yet to receive my refund. I’ve emailed them regularly since in which they promise a refund but I’ve never received it. A couple hundred dollars down the drain!

Ordered a jacket 1/14/23. Zero contact since. Multiple emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. I'm reaching out to the BBB.

I only gave 1 star because it won’t let me leave 0. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had buying something from a company. The communication and customer service is horrible. Good luck on your item ever being shipped. Good luck on getting someone to help with your order. I had to cancel my payment due to not receiving my item and not being able to get any help from lexther. Lexther is a horrible company and should not be selling to the public, they are not prepared to actually ship anything. They will try to steal your money!

Bought the bag as a gift in September, 2018. My friend was very pleased with it until the buckle broke. It broke while buckling. This happened in January, 2018. Was very disappointed; had it barely 2 months. However, the company stood behind its product and sent us a new one for absolutely no cost at all. Amazing service even after a year of sale! They didnt even want the old bag back!
