After 6 months we have yet to receive our DNO & MCS Certification, despite we paid for the whole project, a total let-down, and now there are not answering our calls or emails. Very disappointing as the Installation was satisfactory,

Was very concerned about part of the solar system so called .I tried to explain what the fault was but did not know the name of the part i knew it had water in it so said small boiler response was we don't do boilers had she asked for a photo of it what a difference that would have made.
