5/12/19 I wanted to submit "comments" along with my registration renewal request directly to DMV (without anything being "posted" and without required to approve "cookies"!!!), but was not able to do so. Also, I believed I was submitting my renewal "directly" to DMV, but am not sure if this is going through a private company called "Trustpilot". Confusing. Hope I am not sorry using this online renewal.

I think the online service for DMV renewal is very convient and fast but to charge over 12.00 is crazy. it relieves pressure on offices so why wouldn't you appreciate that. The processing should be close to same as if I used a check. I paid the extra but feel I was held up by the DMV.

I did this while waiting in the hot sun and long line, I was out of there in 5 minutes thanks to this online registration.
Would like to add; 3 days later I had the registration stickers in my mailbox, this was a seamless operation and will certainly use the service next year.
