Volstrekt waardeloos. Zowel verhuisbedrijven als Sirelo zelf reageren helemaal nergens op.

"Ok, but no customer service at all."

Yes they found me a decent removal company, even if I had to do the legwork to compare quotes. They're missing a good comparison with filters (volume / weight / sharing truck or no etc).
But they also asked me for a review in exchange for an Amazon voucher. The voucher never arrived! and one of their emails said "it's not a scam!".
No answer to my emails, non existent customer service.

Sobald sie deine Daten haben, werden die dich zu Bomben mit Anrufen und Mails. Danach wurde ich auch am Telefon beleidigt weil ich sagte die sollen die Daten Löschen.

Finger weg von solche Betrugsfälle.

My husband asked Sirelo for the best 5 companies for removals and I had only heard of 1 of them. Most had bad reviews so I wouldn’t use them.
Secondly since contacting Sirelo I have received loads of junk spam mail !
Thanks for giving my email to anyone Sirelo. ! Now I have to change it and hide it !

"Useless service, don't waste your time with them"

Useless service. Contacted them for a move from EU to US. All I got were 2 addresses, one pointing to a UK company that has terrible ratings (some called it fake company) the other address asked me to put in all data again, even though I had given them to sirelo already. Save your time and skip sirelo!

Verhuisberrijf JH van den Berg uit Amersfoort is het eerste verhuis bedrijf dat respectvol met onze spullen omging. Een door ons foutieve instructie over een plaatsing werd geruisloos opgelost. Een deur die knelde werd op eigen initiatief door de vakmensen verholpen. Het waren rustige verhuizers, fijn om mee samen te werken en zo viel onze verhuizing 200% mee. Een aanrader dit bedrijf!

Ruim van te voren kregen we dozen. Op de dag van verhuizing kwamen ze met 3 man en hebben ze hard gewerkt. Het ging vrij vlot! Wij hadden onze verhuisdatum ver van te voren gepland, maar omdat we in de binnenstad wonen hoorden we van de gemeente dat het niet op die dag (zaterdag) kon. We belden naar King Movers en al snel hadden we een nieuwe datum. Heel fijn geregeld!! Het waren erg aardige mannen die hard werkten. Meubels werden uit elkaar gehaald en in het nieuwe huis weer in elkaar gezet. Alles zonder beschadigingen. Al met al zeer tevreden.

"Contacted them for a quote"

I contacted Sirelo for a quote on an international move from Toronto to Scotland. In reply, they sent me a list of companies to contact and a volume calculator Excel sheet. Never once was I contacted by a real person and no one from the suggested companies ever called. Eight months later, I get a request to write a review asking if I was happy with my Sirelo Move? It appears that they haven't a clue as to who their customers even are. If they can't figure out who they have actually moved, I sure wouldn't be trusting them with all my earthly possessions.

If you are really moving and need a great company, call SantaFe Relocation Services in Texas and ask for Holly. Santa Fe is a real company, staffed by real people who care about you and your move. That's who I actually went with and I couldn't be happier!
