"Not Good - Stay Away"
Unfortunately, this company doesn't support what they are selling. I purchased their Channel In a Box Solution for more than $3000.00 + Annual Support Agreement during the Summer of 2021.
I'm a person with Expert Level Experience with the PlayBox Channel-In-a-Box solution - as I've been selling these systems to my customers for more than 15 years. The software itself is fairly decent - although sometimes quirky - especially, with regard to configuration of Blackmagic i/o cards.
When the time came for PlayBox LTD (U.K.) to provide support, they failed miserably. There is no way to get through to anyone there. They won't return calls. No one available in their "Tech Support" dept for more than 2 weeks. The 24x7x365 Support Line was just a voicemail that said "no one is available to take your call" this situtation continued for more than 2 weeks - several weeks actually. No one from PlayBox even attempted to do anything to help.
My advice to anyone thinking about purchasing from PlayBox Technologies LTD (U.K.) - just do yourself a favor and find a different solution. Or perhaps a different company to purchase it from. They do not keep their word about the software nor the technical support. They gladly took my money at the time of the sale - yet refused to honor their own agreement when we needed support 5 month later. If I could rate them as ZERO Stars - I would!
