"Nasty staff (Ute)"

Nasty, rude and downright unfriendly service. Don't be fooled by this woman Ute's "so called" friendly helpful service, if you make a query she was helpful at first but turned sour when she thought she wasnt getting business. Terrible company/owner Ute is only interested in your money and pretends she is helpful until she thinks youre not going to purchase. I suggest a more friendly aproachable company that has good customer service not this one.

I have never left a Trust pilot review before, as I usually post all reviews on google. But after what I have experienced, I felt it was important for me to put across my experience, as I saw the negative reviews on here and I feel they are really quite unfair. Long review but necessary for full context

Having suffered with lifelong eczema, allergies, and general atopy, I became interested in Gut health and the theory of a potential yeast overgrowth/microbiome imbalance.

I came across the website by pure chance, as it certainly doesn’t have the same marketing and high end pricing as some other companies. For this reason I was sceptical at first, but took the chance. I was ery glad that I did, as I quite quickly became aware that Ute truly cares more about patient outcome and wellbeing than financial gain, which is really very rare to find nowadays. Although the test indicated no presence of Candida, which came as a disappointment due to all the symptoms I have, Ute explained why this may have been and what it could mean going forward. She did this in great detail, in her initial follow up letter explaining the results, as well as the attentive responses to the questions I had via numerous emails. From helping with how to take the test, to running through the meaning of the results, Ute had gone way above and beyond in her communications, and even more so afterwards, at which point technically her job was "done".

As my questions and curiosity had built, and after realising how different she was from the rest, I saw it as an amazing opportunity to learn from a bonafide source (rather than Google and money-motivated larger companies/consultants), and I hesitantly sent email after email, feeling I was taking her time up. But not in her eyes- she clearly indicated back to me that it's actually a genuine passion and a pleasure for her to try her best to help people get to the bottom of their cases, and so she doesn't see it as a job or a chore. She actually enjoys study and practice of the topic, which showed at all points. And as a token of appreciation for her support, I wanted to pay her an additional fee to say thank you, but she declined with gratefulness, implying she's actually enjoyed helping me and having the in depth conversations to try and help me find a solution for my issues once and for all. This confirmed for me tenfold, that she is a genuine person, a rare find in today's world and especially in the " 'Non' Big Pharma" health industry, with so many false promises/"golden cures" being sold for crazy money. Her tests and services are clear and concise, and do not sugar coat the truth. I wish I could personally have posted more Trustpilot reviews to validify my review, as that is usually something I go off. But you can check my google reviews being a local guide.

Having been “ripped off” by several other medical services for a similar issue, I feel I have found a true gem in my journey to recovery, and would immediately recommend her service for anyone with such issues. She really does care and does not want you to waste money unnecessarily, and will even suggest you no need to take certain tests where she feels you don't need them (even when she would make money from it).

I have gone into a lot of detail in the above, but I really felt necessary as I have seen the true side of Ute and her care and passion, and I feel the negative reviews are unfortunate- as from what I can see, although she has costs and overheads to cover, she has been very fair and the negative reviews seem quite unjustified. An important point- I made an error of including the wrong form when sending off my sample, which resulted in me not receiving part of the results. This was completely an error on my part, and immediately she refunded me for the missing part of the test, rather than still trying to sell it to me. I even asked her if I could pay again to get the test done, and although she did give me that option, she transparently explained that after receiving the results that I had, it may not be so useful, as the results I got were most significant in any case.

So in a nutshell, if you have Autoimmune issues/GI Issues/want to know more about your Gut health, do not fall for the colourful hype of Instagram and highly advertised companies. I suggest you use Ute's service and work with her to understand your results and thereafter work out your next steps, eg Nutritionist, natural therapists etc

"Read the small print carefully"

Shortly after ordering my test I had a flare up of diverticulitis. Typically this lasts 2-4 weeks. I wrote and asked for a refund but was refused as Ute felt I would lose too much money (50% 3 weeks post ordering) and I should wait until I am better and get it done. 2 months later and I still haven't been able to do the test for health or postal reasons and have now lost all my money, over £150!!! Very unfair Ts&C's.

Interesting how you can't reply to the seller's response, which came months after the original posting in any event.

SO, JUST TO CONFIRM, THIS IS A CON. THIS IS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS TO BE. DO NOT BUY. IT IS DECEIVING AND THE FACT THAT THERE IS NO REFUND FOR GENUINE REASONS SPEAKS VOLUMES!

"Excellent range of bespoke tests. Good customer service."

I have used this company for a couple of different tests over the years. There is a comprehensive list of tests available for gut specific diagnosis, and more recently have tried tests relating to sleep. I have always found the result reports very comprehensive, with detailed explanations. Ute is very helpful and answers questions that you ask afterwards. I don't understand the other negative reviews at all here - I suspect they are being mixed up with some other website.

Customer service was shockingly unprofessional. Very reactive & blaming tone, with use of abbreviations like 'omg' and lots of exclamation marks and question marks. Definitely not a legitimate buisness.
