My phone was t working properly. Had to go back two additional times. Workers were very rude and unprofessional.

My case broke within days, I contacted the email on their website and they told me they’d be sending out a replacement, Thom told me to email him when it arrived. It never did, so I asked if it had tracking. No response. It’s been months (since April), and I’ve emailed them several times asking for updates with no response. 😭 I’m still hoping they’ll reach out.

If you don’t want to carry a gun- like me- this is what you need. I've been a Yellow Jacket costumer for 2 years now , I've got no complaints about the case its both powerful and reliable. Although i had to contract the support team twice , the first time the case wouldn't dry fire Hannah was very understanding and arranged a replacement for me for free. The second time the case wouldn't charge and the representative i got though this time Thom was again very kind and professional in resolving my issue. I've seen many people complain on the reviews about retrieving newsletter , requests to review ect. Im pretty sure that if you don't want to retrieve newsletter you can always unsubscribe or not register in the first place.

Im both very happy with the case and with the company itself.

My iPhone Xs was a little hard to slide into the Yellow Jacket Case when I first received it. I called customer service and was surprised to have my call answered by the designer of the case! We talked at some length about the product, and he assured me that it should loosen up a bit. He also gave me some great tips about using it. It has loosened up, and it's much easier to get the phone in and out now (not that I take it out very much). I especially like the fact that the case has a dual function. I would not have bought one that did only one thing or the other.

It is exactly as described. The model for my iphone 8 is a bulky and a bit heavy, but I am willing to overlook that for the piece of mind this case provides. I love that it combines a phone charger to it. It’s perfect for when I’m walking around and prepared for the unexpected.
