I put my order in on April 4th. Today is the 13th. At first I tried emailing but decided to call. They were super fast to answer and assured me my order will be shipped today. My address wasn't coming up for them so that was the reason my package hadn't been shipped. The lady who answered was really nice and very helpful. I'll definitely be buying from them again!

I vape a lot and so I go through coils quickly and need to restock them often. Vape Society Supply without a doubt has the best prices for coils that I’ve come across. A lot of people overcharge for them despite the fact that they are extremely cheap to manufacture. Not them.

Just got the Suorin Air and so far, so good. Didn’t take much getting used to because it’s a pretty simple device in terms of how you use it. It gives me a really nice blast of vapor, which is surprising for a pod mod. And I’m really happy with how much easier it is to carry around than my old box mod kit.

The two first things I noticed since I started buying from them were that their prices are awesome, plus their shipping is still considered fast, with what’s been going on now. I also am a big fan of their selection since they have a huge inventory of vaping products.

I made a mistake when checking out by putting in my old address. I panicked because I had already finished confirming my order when I realized. So I called VSS customer service immediately and they solved my problem. My order just arrived in the mail. Thank goodness! Now I just have to remember to be more careful next time, lol.

If you want a big selection of vape juice to choose from, you won’t be disappointed. They really have everything, and I mean everything. So far, not once have I failed to find what I was looking for. They’ve every type of flavor under the sun and then some, and it’s fun to go exploring for new flavors you never would have tried if you hadn’t known they existed.

This company has trash customer service, and there prices don't justify being crappy at maintain orders. I bought from them 1 time, still havent received my order or been notified about the progress. Lets stop ordering from them and get them shut down, no space for trash customer service.

Was looking through the salt nic eliquids and became really excited to see that they have my favorite flavor in salt nic form, which is Lemon Tart from Dinner Lady. I didn’t even know that Dinner Lady started making nic salts. This flavor is exactly like the original, and it works perfectly with my Aspire kit.

If I could give a half star I would. But only for the nice selection they have. But their processing and customer service is BY FAR the worst I've ever dealt with.. and that's saying a lot. I use a lot of different websites and spend thousands of dollars a year on juice and hardware and I've never had to wait this long for my order, and with other companies, if processing takes awhile, I'll at least get emailed back from their customer service apologizing .... But these guys, They are awful. I'm going to file a claim with the BBB. Anyone else having the same problem I'm having with no response and them taking your money. with them not sending out your order and it's been over a week, or weeks+ I suggest you do the same. We're not lending these guys money. We're buying products and expecting our items to be shipped in a timely manner. These guys are the worst. Avoid at all costs. And luckily I have a friend of the family who's an attorney and I've already made him aware of the situation with these guys. So if this continues I'll be taking legal action. Shop at your own risk.
