"I've ordered from them in the past and…"

I've ordered from them in the past and their service was prompt with all items in my package. This time around, I've ran into some issues with them. My recent order was placed exactly a week ago and their website shows that my order is still being processed. My bank statement shows that the transaction has been completed. I've contacted them a total of 3 times. First reply was automated from the quick 10 second response I received right after hitting the submit button. Other email responses I'm still waiting for. I understand things can happen, but if you value your customers shouldn't at least have the courtesy to update them? I'm giving it another day before I take further action with my bank.

Update: I finally spoke to someone over the phone and they stated that my order was on hold due to an item being out of stock. They offered to swap out the item with another product similar in pricing which I did This still doesn't explain why they did not contact me from the 1 - 3 days after finding the item wasn't in stock. Other then that, they are helpful if you get a live person on the phone.

"Horrible Company"

I am having the same issue as everyone else. Ordered from them on May 4th, it is now June 17th and my order is still “processing”. I have sent an email every day for the last 2 weeks and have had no response from them. Called the number that was listed with the charge on my back account and had to leave a message. No response from that either.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!

"First order and will be the last."

1 week and the order status still processing! Ordered 8 juice bottles. 4 for my self and 4 for a friend. We already run out of juice yesterday so I had to refund my friend money as I am the one who suggested this site and we have to buy a juice from a local shop.
I don’t know when I will get the items or if I will get them at all. It is a big loss any way.
I sent them but no response !

Same issue like most people. Ordered June 6th and its now june 13 and no juice no response from company but money has gone through.
Update: usps got juice on June 17th should be here june 19th. Update: took 13 days to get my order

"Lacking Customer Service"

I have been ordering from VapeSociety since March and was absolutely astounded at the speed with which I received my merchandise...Now, here we are...I ordered June 5, it is now June 12...I've emailed for a tracking or some kind of reply...NOTHING...At least let someone know what's going on with their monies!
