Chair arrived in excellent condition, pretty much as-new. The only hiccup was that the dispatch notification wasn't sent until after the chair was delivered, so we almost missed the delivery.

Excellent customer service from start to finish! I ordered 4 chairs for our non-profit charity organisation in which Bex helped me a lot in finding the right chairs for my budget and for my office and really happy with the quality of service provided and quality of the chairs received.
