Ok the reason I'm giving a 4 star is because of the waiting of my order,I understand that this could be the courier company that's been used,but I've been waiting for 5 weeks to have the other half of my order delivered. We did have connect via email,which was greatly appreciated,But this was the only issue I've had.As for responding to my emails,they were prompt and were sincerely sorry for the inconvenience of the duration of delivery. I would still shop here,as there isn't any other concerns.

Order arrived although did take a bit longer than expected. There were some delays with stock but every time I got in touch with them they responded straight away with updates, I really appreciated the constant communication and updates. Happy to finally get the perfume as I love it and this was the only store who had it available. I will definitely order again (and have already!) but I would say: don’t order if you’re in a rush! They’ve appeared to have a lot of delays over Christmas period (judging from what they’ve told me and other reviews I’ve seen, but this is quite common for most retail businesses over this time) but I’m hoping things settle down for them so the wait times aren’t so long in future. If you’re happy to wait, I’d say go for it as they are legit and have helped heaps with sourcing perfumes I haven’t been able to get anywhere else and for a really good price too!

I thought it was a New Zealand company so you can imagine my surprise when I found out you were Australian and that your stock came from somewhere else again,took nearly a month to come, considering I can get parcels from the states in a week i would not call that good service.
