Despite initial delays… got there in the end! No fault of arranger, who in fact was the human response needed when order/ delivery didn’t go to plan.
So thanks to John who listened, emailed, chased up and went above and beyond to get things done!

Unfortunately there was a delay due to Covid and the man at the end of the phone was very helpful. He gave me an accurate time scale which was very reasonable.
Great company would 100% recommend!
The young man at the end of the phone deserves a raise!!!

"Poor communication and service"
Ordered a bed on 29th December. Delivery time was stated as 5-28 working days. No other form of communication from the company.
Called them on 8th January to find out when it would be delivered and the representative told me like it was obvious that they had been off for Christmas and were busy!
I have now waited over 7 weeks (over the 28 working day timescale) and still not delivered.
Called them 5 times now as often they don't call you back. Was told last week DPD would call me this week to organise delivery which hasn't happpened.
I suspect the item is out of stock and they are stalling.

Fantastic product! Lovely looking gazebo consisting of robust powder coated aluminium legs and roof spars. The shade, made of weather-proofed material, is easily deployed and retracted. Construction took a bit longer than stated but I did manage to do it on my own. (It really needs at least 2 people.)

"Still waiting for delivery & reply?"
Ordered a double bed on 20th September. Was told delivery was due Friday 9th October, it then got changed to Monday 12th October. Ì took time off work for this delivery & was told it would arrive for 3pm,luckily I'd booked the whole afternoon off as I got a phone call to say the bed would be delivered by 2pm,but the driver was having difficulty finding my post code on Google? I gave clear instructions on where we were located . I then got another call saying driver had overshot our address & was turning round, I said I'd wait on the main road so they'd know where to park their van. Stood in pouring rain for over 20mins ,but no one arrived. Have emailed contemporary spaces via their contact page, phoned both them & delivery partners,but no one answers. Have since spoken to someone from contemporary spaces via messenger on Wednesday 14th October. They said they'd spoken to delivery partners & were awaiting an explanation. This was over 3 days ago & I'm still waiting to hear where my bed is & when it's going to be delivered?? Totally unprofessional attitude by this company & their delivery partners. No one has even bothered to apologised. Would not purchase from this company again.

I placed an order for two mid sleeper beds for my children.
The delivery was a maximum of 5 days wait which really appealed to me.
I waited over a week to email the company and gave the benefit of the doubt considering current circumstances.
I recieved no reply via email so I rang to be told it may have been sent just not ticked off by the courier.
I rang again later that day to find the items had not been dispatched as no stock left, they were just awaiting new stock delivery which I would be informed when this would be.
So I continued to wait until nearly 2 weeks past ordering where I then Facebook messaged to be told a stock count was being counted the next day but they were prompt in offering me a refund as I was not happy with the delay.
I was told someone would email me the following day to sort refund and still nothing..
So I Facebook messaged to say nothing has been sent which has been read but no reply.
First and last experience with this company.
I expect to take this further if I don't n receive my refund as 2 mid sleeper beds are not cheap
