"Good after sales work."

Having spoken to the manager I need to revise my review, he had been incapacitated and his team had not collected his email or voicemail, he has now sought to address the problem and hopefully it will be the case that this is so. I am awarding 4 stars not for the original service which was not great but for the genuine effort the manager has put into resolving the matter. We are quick to condemn I trust this shows that some of us are as quick to praise.
