Totally rip off 6000 auction fees being invested by ombudsman all reported also not helpful after paperwork sent to lawyers at all and want to then charge you for information your legally aloud to ask should be shut dwn maybe this why they change names and move on as unregulated but let’s watch this space as I’m on their case for sure to protect others who may not be fortunate to fight this corner. Won’t ever buy again from these. Also this is a proper review not like others they ask people to write. ✍️
Wow rip off Britain even these auctions getting on band wagon were will it end be careful they even aloud to big against people to reserve so prices to draw you in avoid at all costs people bidding or selling don’t fuel them any longer.

We were new to auctions and Dan explained the process and answered questions we had in straightforward terms that we could understand. His knowledge and experience meant that he did do so in a way that was in no way patronising or laboured. It made the whole process a lot less stressful than would otherwise usually be the case and we appreciated this.

Another cut throat property auctioneers that produce mickey mouse contracts on a whim to squeeze the buyer harder into paying for laughable auctioneers fees. Comprising of a combination of paying the auctioneer fees, the sellers auction listing and contract fees. Then there's the auction legal pack written contract itself which the buyer is also expected to pay for. The buyer has to also pay the seller a deposit plus VAT if that property sells. Let's not forget all fees all have VAT added to them. All fees to be handed over immediately to auction company before conveyancing starts.Which based on their ridiculous 28 day completion demands, corners will be cut and proper searches will not be carried out. And there's a possibility the buyer forfeits their fees if the 28 day completion isn't met (clause in the contract). Resulting in the buyers conveyancing company to have to claim off their own insurance company to cover the costs at a daily rate of compensation to the seller and auctioneer. Lastly the buyer themselves have to cover the cost of their own conveyancing team! Anyone selling a property at auction is desparate to offload a problem that the local estate agents can't shift or the seller is too impatient and greedy to compromise and wait. Buyer be super aware, you don't get a bargain at property auctions anymore, you do get your pockets and bank accounts emptied though instead paying extortionate unjust buyers fees and extra fees the auctioneers can slap into the buyers bill! The whole of the property auctioneer industry in the UK should be investigated and the industry should be legally governed properly be either the government or a legally authorised official body. The buyer SHOULD NOT have to pay the sellers fees or any other additional fees. The whole idea is preposterous and nothing short of daylight robbery. Stick to buying properties on the high street estate agency route. It's the seller who should be paying for a property home report in England like they legally have to do in Scotland to sell a home. And the seller should be paying to sell their home, not the buyer!!

Our first property purchase from Auction. Right from the first viewing to completion nothing was too much trouble. I could pick up the phone and speak to Paul if I had a question or if he was out and about I would email and always got back promptly.
Helped get the deal over the line when solicitors stopped communicating - I cannot recommend Paul and the staff at T & C PA enough. I will definitley be using again. Thanks
