"Gone Bump??? DON'T TOUCH"
Sadly like others recently I find myself with a big hole in my bank account and no goods to show for it. Order placed and paid in May for Delivery last week.... no goods arrived, no website now, no facebook, no instagram and no answer to my calls and messages.

"This company didn't complete my order and I cannot contact them"
I ordered furniture from this company, and never received an order confirmation... I called them and they did confirm my order, and thankfully after a couple weeks most of the pieces in my order arrived, but not the table I was expecting. Now they are not answering their phone and the website is down. It looks like this company has gone bust!? I would still like my table to be delivered or a refund for the cost of this missing item.

Had furniture delivered....minus a table. I have attempted to contact them. Phone calls...the number is no longer valid. Email. No reply. Website. Thats gone. It feels terminal. A dreadful experience.

I am still waiting for my refund and the calls are going to answer machine and their website is down...... this is really upsetting and it's going to take ages to get a refund through the credit card......... They were SO helpful on the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just don't get it......

"No delivery this week by the looks of it"
Ordered nearly £2k of garden furniture from them a month back but asked for delivery this week.
Went to call them, no answer. Sent an email no answer. Facebook and Insta profiles have disappeared.
Looks like I've got a lengthy claim process to go through with my credit card.
UPDATE;
Barclaycard are processing my section 75 claim for the cost of the furniture, looks likely I'll get my money back. If anyone ordered via credit card and wants to use the screenshots I took of the Sabai website and products before it closed down (and some of their staffs Linkedin profiles) please get in touch via sheldon dot hall at live dot co dot uk

"Are Sabai no longer trading??!!"
Up until 5th July I have had excellent customer service from Sabai Living.
No there is no website, phone goes to answer machine, emails are not answered.
I am missing a chair from my delivery and I can’t get hold of them which is not what I’ve been used to.
Worried that they are no longer trading…please tell me I’m wrong!!!

"Swansea Depot"
Visited the Swansea Depot last Tuesday 21st June.
Helpful gentlemen answered any questions we had about the garden furniture .
We went ahead and ordered … we were told delivery would be Thursday.
I was really pleased with this as I wasn’t expecting it to be ready so soon. The gentlemen there told us we would get a call on the day when it was on the way .
We waited in all day …but no phone call and no delivery.
I found a email on the receipt for the payment of goods and emailed …
A helpful lady called Maddy responded promptly and friendly informing she didn’t have record of our purchase as she dealt with online orders but would contact the depot for me .
I was told they could not access the depot and therefore I would not receive my order today.
Having not spoken with anyone from the depot who sold me the Furniture I did feel very worried about it , and if I would receive any goods , I did ask for the contact number for the people in the Swansea depot and was not provided with a contact number.
However Maddy did ensure me someone would call me from the depot the next day to arrange delivery . I accepted this…
The next day by lunch time still no phone call, again I was getting anxious .
I then received a phone call from the owner, who for the majority of the first phone call I found extremely rude and aggressive. There was a family emergency with one of the staff members and that’s why it wasn’t delivered as they couldn’t access the depot. I said I understood that things happen and that a phone call would of sufficed. He proceeded to tell me how long it normally takes for deliveries and that in a nut shell they were doing me a good service by offering free local delivery so quickly .
He said I was being aggressive (he didn’t give me chance to speak so I’m not sure how he came to that conclusion)
I felt attacked on the phone call and it upset me and I was tempted to cancel , but I was worried I wouldn’t get my money back and ore receive goods.
He also offered me a refund… before giving me a chance to even speak .
I just wanted the furniture I ordered and delivered when they said it would be.
Communication is all I wanted … yes Maddy from head office replied but she had no information on my order.
I was not told normally delivery dates would be 7 to 14 days .I asked when it would be delivered when I ordered and was told Thursday the expectation was set by them not me , I told the owner I was more than happy to wait and that I was not in a rush , I just wanted communication from the actual depot that sold me the furniture and that I hadn’t been swindled… .
After the heated phone call with the owner had calmed he agreed I would call Monday and we could confirm a delivery time for the following Tuesday.
I called today (the Monday) and the owner informed me I could have the furniture today which I was happy with and he was pleasant and helpful.
The furniture has arrived this evening and I am happy with it .
I’m not sure why the owner went on the defensive on his phone call to me.
I’m a perfectly reasonable person and haven’t been spoken to in that manner before.

The garden furniture set is an excellent product, good design, manufacture and quality materials. The company was very helpful and efficient throughout the process of selecting and ordering the furniture. The staff were very friendly on the phone and in email correspondence. Delivery was prompt and efficient.

I couldn't be more delighted with my new outdoor lounge set, the quality is absolutely fabulous! The set arrived within 7days as was promised at purchase, one of the seats had a small scratch on the frame so I emailed them about it and they immediately got back and offered a replacement. They were completely happy for us to continue to use the set till the new one arrived so absolutely no inconvenience to us (usually places insist it's returned in its original packaging etc else they won't refund) but these guys did none of that, they were so helpful and so accommodating! The new seat was delivered about 4days later. All good and happy!! So impressed with the customer service, super responsive to emails and had absolutely no trouble getting through when I called them! Would highly recommend!

Terry (with a y) helped us out with very fast delivery for a party we had this weekend and delivered within 3 days instead of their usual 7-14.
Unboxed and put together by them and even took the rubbish. Fabulous service and the garden furniture is excellent quality. Looks amazing 5 stars
