Great quality leather! Beautiful bridle, But even more important their customer service was amazing. I returned my original bridle after it was to small, Lumiere make the return process easy, but USPS lost the package and was unable and unwilling to help me out after they lost it! Lumiere customer service was amazing they sent me a new bridle at no extra cost and were so helpful and awesome to deal with, I cannot say enough good things.
My new bridle is absolutely gorgeous! I will definitely use them again in the future

This is a beautiful bridle with super soft leather and looks like pure luxury. Unfortunately the leveraged padding under the chin broke the first time I used it which is disappointing but it doesn't take away from the bridles functionality or how pretty it looks.
