Der Kundenservice ist exzellent, Fragen werden schnell, kompetent und stets sehr höflich beantwortet. Man ist stets bemüht, auch bei individuellen technischen Lösungen zu helfen. Das Sortiment ist sehr umfangreich und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Der Versand erfolgt rasch und zuverlässig (leider gibt es stets Nachfragen des deutschen Zolls, aber dafür kann Introcar nichts).

Some 4 to 5 days ago I wrote a review with regards ordering a part and delivery and feel I may have been a little unfair .
I have purchased parts from this company in the past and their delivery has always been exemplary ! To say the least , the parts are the best quality . I have placed an order with them in the morning , that they have in stock and had it delivered the following day ! This time the part had to be ordered from the manufacturer and IntroCar have no control over other companies delivery arrangements . But once they have the part , it gets express delivery ! IntroCar are a company I trust and they haven’t let me down . So this is a public apology for a rather hasty review! I will most certainly use them again to purchase parts for my Bentley Arnage

As usual Introcars service was great. The spares were delivered in South Africa in less than 48 hours after the order was placed.This is a lot faster than it would take to order spares locally.
