"Avoid This Company at All Costs – A Cautionary Tale"

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid the frustration, financial loss, and stress that I’ve endured. For over a month, I have been trying to get a response from Learn to Trade’s customer service, yet I have received no reply.

If you’re considering doing business with this company, I urge you to read this and other reviews, not just here but also on platforms like BabyPips and other reputable forums. You’ll find that there are even police investigations underway regarding this company, something I deeply regret not researching before engaging with them.

I signed up for training with Learn to Trade in June. The sales process was aggressive and conducted over the phone. I was pressured into believing this was a “limited-time offer” with only a few seats available. The terms and conditions were sent after payment had been taken, and I was not informed of them prior, which means I never had the chance to formally accept them.

A few days later, my child faced a serious health crisis—an unexpected heart inflammation that required five days in critical care. Naturally, I had to withdraw from the course. Due to the overwhelming situation, I missed the 14-day window provided by law to change my mind.

I initially agreed to leave my £1,000 deposit with the company, hoping to return and complete the training once my family situation stabilized. However, my child’s condition remains under medical supervision, and their next medical appointment isn’t until November. Realizing that I need to prioritize my family, I reached out to Learn to Trade to request a refund of my £1,000 deposit. Unfortunately, despite my unforeseen circumstances, the company has completely ignored me.

Now, ask yourself this: why would a company that claims to make millions in trading and promises success for its clients, refuse to refund £1,000 to someone in a situation beyond their control? What kind of business model prioritizes holding onto a modest sum over building long-term relationships with potential future clients?

This company has shown a complete lack of compassion and professionalism by refusing to even respond to emails or phone calls. Can you trust them with your money, time, or future? I wish I had asked myself that sooner.

Update 17 Oct in response to the company reply:

I have sent six emails to Learn to Trade between September 2 and October 1, and aside from the automated replies, I have heard nothing back. I made countless calls but never got a response. It’s frustrating to see such poor customer service from a company that markets itself as reputable.

It seems they prioritize their terms and conditions over customer care, making no effort to accommodate unforeseen circumstances or even to communicate. I had hoped for a resolution, but after being ignored for over a month, I feel compelled to share my experience.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before engaging with this company. A lack of basic responsiveness and support is not what I expected, and it leaves me questioning how much they truly value their customers.

"Seeing Positive Changes Already"

My trading has changed significantly as a result of the Certified Trader Program. My strategy improved as a result of the coaching sessions and the comprehensive LFX instruction. I'm already seeing from the $15000 account increase and 80% payout, which has been a big bonus!

"Best Decision I’ve Made for My Trading"

The best move I've ever made in my trading career was to upgrade to the Certified Trader Program. The coaching sessions have assisted me in putting what I've learnt into practice, and the LFX instruction was quite extensive. I'm already going well with the $15,000 account and 80% payment!

I attended a webinar with learn to trade. I would avoid at all cost even investing £1 with them, the CEO is full of horse stuff. They lure you to invest money but it is under the guise of education. BE CAREFUL

"The 10 year lesson"

I actually first took a learn to trade course around 9 or 10 years ago now. I upgraded to their advanced program, which gave me access to a funded account, coaching and soooo much valuable training and knowledge. At the time, however, I don't think I was mentally ready to trade with a funded account and struggled to consistently make profit so I ended up stepping away and not trading for several years.

Recently, I have come back to it with a fresh mental attitude and am now trading a funded account again. I didn't have to re-pay for any advanced courses, even after all this time - it really is lifetime access! I just had to refresh my knowledge with a 3 day course again (for free) and restart my smartcarts subscription, which in my opinion is worth every penny! I have literally just ended the quarter in profit and have just withdrawn my 80% share for the very first time and I am absolutely over the moon!

Going into it with a more relaxed and structured approach by only placing 1 or 2 trades a week, rather than the desperate way I was trading 10 years ago has been a real turning point for me and I feel so much more confident moving forward.

"Incredible Training and Tools "
