"Fantastic company to deal with"

I've worked with a lot of companies in my time in running an online business directory however I was quite honestly blown away by this firm - so much so I thought they were too good to be true, but they were true enough! I'm not sure about the other 1* reviews - but those are not my concern, this review is.

From the moment I contacted them I heard back from them super quick to confirm my enquiry. They were superb in communication. I sent off my damaged seat belt and had a response from them the very next day upon posting it to them. They'd already repaired it and were letting me know it had been repaired and was on its way back to us, and just wanted payment. The seat belt arrived back super quick, professionally wrapped and good as new.

Thank you so much for your excellent service - if you were more local to me near Suffolk, I'd have recruited your services for my directory, I was that impressed!

I had a bad experience with this company.
1. First, they told me they had second-hand, unrepaired airbags.
2. Second, I drove for over an hour to collect them, but when I arrived, they said they only had repaired ones with a 12-month warranty, claiming only the dashboard airbag had been repaired.
3. Third, all the airbags were actually repaired, with visible repair marks, cracks, and fractures.
4. Fourth, when I showed them the photos, they responded very disrespectfully, saying, “Did you just want to see them, or do you want to remove yours again?”

I do not recommend working with this company at all. If you do, make sure to inspect everything carefully before paying and do not trust them.

The Airbag team’s repair process was very easy to complete. Most impressive was the fact that I had the seatbelt sent in on the Wednesday and later that day I had confirmation of it being returned the next day. All now refitted and very happy that it’s working perfectly.
