Excellent Service from start to finish.. super experience!

Company needs to be more up front with total costs. I was initially informed of an 'all in' price and after agreeing to go ahead I was later informed I had to purchase number plates from the company (£36). After giving the go ahead again I was surprised when the documentation arrived advising I had to send another £14.40 admin charge. So - an extra £50.40!!
These charges should be made clear at the start and a total price inclusive of all 'extras' should be given.

Great service, simple and hassle free. However, there are so many 'add ons' to the price that the total price almost doubled to that advertised on website initially. Also, it would have been a nice gesture to have provided new screws and caps to go with the new plates foc

I have just bought my first ever private registration from British Car Registrations. It was so much more straightforward than I expected and I found the service to be first class.

I apologize for sending this review a bit late. I was very pleased with the service I received when making an out of character purchase for a personalized registration for my husband for Christmas present, having run out of ideas after many years of exchanging gifts. I purchased on the second call because the registration offered to me was so appropriate and my husband was both surprised and delighted. The fact that I was able to have the plates in a gift box made the presentation that bit more special and I thought that the wrapping of the plates in Christmas paper was a very nice touch. I have already been dropping hints for my "big birthday later this year.

The five stars says it all about my experience in purchasing a new registration. From start to finish, all staff could not be more helpful, friendly and were a pleasure to work with and I could not believe the speed in which the purchase was completed.
BCR is certainly a company I would recommend with out hesitation.

Bought the registration over the phone at inflated price compared to online price on the understanding all would be smooth. Received letter confirming purchase by standard royal mail -no problem. Returned completed form by standard royal mail-no problem. Decided not to pay the recorded delivery charge for return of certificate. Why bother- they had sent 1 letter to me, which i returned no problem,plus i was told at point of sale evetything had been paid for. Guess what, the certificate did not arrive,and they are demanding £100 for a copy. They told me it was such an important letter it should have gone recorded. The letter doesn,t know it,s important!!! Did the other,s arrive ok because they knew they weren,t important?? What a con, will never use or recommend thses again. Poor old royal mail was blamed for being an unreliable service.
