Our travel agency planned our entire trip to Italy and it was amazing!! Everything from nice boutique hotels at every stop, unique tours, some dinner reservations & every single transportation from the minute we landed in Florence to the minute we were dropped off at the airport in Rome!! We had several conference calls for them to get an idea of what we were looking for & hoping to see. Then they took off with the itinerary from there!! Best trip ever!!!

They were an excellent company that helped me with suggestions, organization and a detailed itinerary that resulted in a fabulous holiday. We had one small hitch with a hotel that the agency helped to quickly resolve.
