Having dealt with a number of car finance companies over the years - it’s always a bit of a dread. Repetitive data input, non-communicative customer service, slow responses and difficultly changing dates for payments etc.
However… I’ve been pleasantly surprised this time round and the process from acceptance through to signing the contract has been painless :) from initial approval, to proactive email updates it’s been great! I had a few phone calls - giving me updates on where the application was up to, what was happening with the dealership, and then confirmation the day the funds were sent across. (Jason in particular was great!)
The most difficult part of the process this time round has been picking the day to collect our new vehicle!! Would definitely use again, and absolutely recommend - thank you for restoring our faith in car finance providers!! :)
