"Low Quality And Broken"

Ordered a pair of demon horns for Halloween, and they're absolutely awful quality. They have incredibly thick seams on the front of the horns, and also have many holes and denting in it. It looks like a dog has chewed on it. For the price I was expecting something much better than what I received.

Everything I've purchased has been wonderful and the prices are fair. So far, because I am plus size and their 3x is just on the small side of what I feel comfortable in, I've only purchased one t-shirt from their selection of clothing. It is the same thin quality of t-shirts these days but the print is lovely and I always get compliments. I've had it near 2 years now and it is still in great shape. Mainly I purchase jewelry and their beautiful headbands with horns and flowers. The wait for international shipping is fair. The times that I have asked questions via email, I've had responses quickly and courteously. I have never had a bad experience.

I love this shop - the clothing is amazing and good quality and the customer service is top-notch. It is true that it is pretty expensive but the cheap gothic clothes I bought it the past came apart after couple of uses and stuff I bought from Restyle I've had for couple of years, so you pay for what you get. The truth is that there not many places selling good quality alternative clothing so they can put whichever price they want on it and people will still buy it.

Ordered a £100 coat from this company and the quality was rubbish! When I wrote to them they wanted me to return the item but wouldn't cover the p+p. I don't feel I should have had to because it was a fault their end not mine. They were very unprofessional and dismissive. I also know of several other people whose items have fallen apart not long after purchasing. Stay away from this company!

Love this store. I've bought several jewellery items from Restyle and they are stunning. Good customer service too. However, I think that their clothing is a bit overpriced so I haven't bought anything yet.
