The quality of the bag I purchased is great, I am using it everyday :)
the only thing I think could be improved is the shipping periods, it took quite a long period to ship to my country. This is one of my concern that I may not be shopping on thisispaper again.. other than this, everything is good!

"I am so confused"
I am so confused. I used to love this brand but my recent experience leaves me unsatisfied and increasingly frustrated.
Firstly, there was no way to track my parcell after shipping which is conserning when ordering internationally.
Secondly, the customer service does not exist! I have received sleeve for my 15'macbook pro which does not fit. I have immediately e-mailed them, in a friendly manner to resolve it, (as I still love the product!) for which I have not received any reply, not even a confirmation that they've received the email. When asked about it on their website chat, I've received a reply:
'(...) you will get an email'.
That's it. Not "sorry we're going through a busier period", nothing.
I have just sent another email, its been 2 weeks and I haven't heard a word from them.
Considering ethos, prices and the fact they're a relatively young brand, I'd think their customer service would be one of their main priorities, which this experience proves otherwise.

"Good product, poor communication"
Great product, company and ethos. However, experienced some technical issues with the site when ordering, which took two contact attempts before getting a response. Then the order took a further 6 weeks to be dispatched – when I contacted them again to follow up I was informed that this was a supplier delay. This is perfectly understandable, however I would advise informing your customers of timings earlier, and making it clear that items are not from stock; this is not apparent on the website.

"3 month and still no refund."
After more than three months I'm still waiting for my refund. DON'T ORDER THERE! I get no answers from them anymore.
It maybe looks nice & fancy, but that's just superficial, behind that you will find a really bad customer experience.
EDIT: after this review I received the refund.

"Awesome customer service"
Awesome customer service. The actual item wasn't 100% what I expected. Some of the stitching workmanship was a little rough. And the overall structure of the bag was not as it appears on the website. Despite that, it still is a cool bag.

Still waiting for a response to a product return. So far it has been slow and not what I expected based on their website and product offerings. Disappointed with their slow and disjointed response.
