The experience was good. Xhovana was extremely helpful, always there to answer any and every question I had. If she didn’t have an answer she would find out and get back to me asap which I appreciated. Any post op questions I had were also handled very well!! Today marks exactly one month since my hair transplant surgery. I want to note that I have started experiencing shock loss, which is completely normal and expected at this stage. I feel well, and the recovery process is going smoothly.

I would especially like to express my gratitude to Dorina. She has always been in touch and ready to answer any questions, which has been incredibly helpful during my recovery process. Her attentive and professional attitude has made a significant difference, and I truly appreciate her support. It’s very reassuring to know that I always have assistance and information when needed.

I kindly ask the clinic’s management to recognize her excellent work. I will write a follow-up report in six months to share my results and further impressions

My personal assistant was Mimoza and she was terrific from first point of contact to the surgery date and even beyond! She is knowledgeable on Estemoon Clinic's hair transplant process and hair transplants in general. I would recommned Estemoon Clinic as it is great value for money and I hope you get to work with Mimoza!

overall it was a good experience my contact with estemoon Bora helped me really good. she always answered my questions even if i asked 10/20 a day she was always there for me. The only things that bothered my were the 'vip' transfers you will have to wait for the every time, sometimes up to half and hour and more. Also don't be cheap like me, pay the extra money for sedation if you do it like me without sedation be prepared for like a 7 to a 8/10 of pain. The hotel is perfect, the service is perfect, the doctors are all 10/10 so it relieves your pain a bit xd but overall a good experience.
