"Device still functions, despite not intended use by me..."

So... I just had my first time with the beardscaper... and let's just say I used it in the incorrect fashion... having the blade FACE TOWARD me and carefully manscaping... Needless to say, my girlfriend exposed me for this incorrect behavior, and yet I got away with 2 painless tiny tiniest of nicks. I need to hand it to the team at brio... their beardscaper be safe as **** (the f word, Trustpilot censored me/told me it was inappropriate).

I *can't* understand why they don't give shipping information. I have no clue when my product will arrive, today? A week? Month?.. I guess will sit and wait. Will edit my review after I receive any information.

This is a delayed review but have been using the trimmer for months now. It’s solid. Works great.

The blade part broke and I tried to fix it but couldn’t. Sent one email to support over the weekend and they immediately responded telling me they’d send another one. No questions asked.
