I was going to leave a 1 star due to my initial experience. I bought a pump and some rings which never arrived. I wrote and email and never heard back. A few days passed and I decided to check my spam folder where there was not only the initial response but a follow up as well making sure I received the first response. I worked with Luke who was incredibly nice. They got me out a replacement order right away, no questions asked. I finally received what I had been waiting for. The quality of the products were great but Luke was what made this a 5 star experience.

I found the enhanced male while researching LYNK pumps for my ED. My doctor recommended the LYNK pump but they are not sold everywhere. I foundthe pump I wanted and ordered it right away. It arrived 2 days later even though I got free shipping. I think it helps that I am in Arizona and it shipped from. California. Either way, super happy. Geat job

"Shipping could be better"

the only reason for the 4 stars was that The enhanced male shipped with USPS and they are so unreliable. I wish they shipped UPS. The package arrived later than I wanted but I know thats not their fault. Everything went smoothly otherwise, I never spoke with anyone there so I dont know how their customer service is.
