"Terrible experience, not recommended"

I was supposed to receive a quite expensive item today at home, as explained by the seller, I tried to follow up the shipment tracking through the provided online platform.
While being at home, the parcel was delivered downstairs, at the community entrance of the building without notification by home-phone or GSM. It wasn't until I eventually refreshed the webpage I realised the product arrived.
Not only that, but also my signature has been forged in the delivery note, which is considered a form of fraud.
The box of the parcel has a drawing of the item, which reveals the content of the box and that the item is expensive, making it more appealing for stealing. This behavior shows the little respect this company workers show to the final costumers.
