Terrible company, do NOT buy from them. Purchased from Big W marketplace a Sklz ( square up basketball posture ball alignment straps) as a present but turned out the child had something similar. Tried to return to BigW who advised me that I had to send back to company but that it would cost me nothing to do so. Turned out I not only had to pay for return postage But they also deducted 20% from my refund stating the box had been opened and the box was broken. Totally FALSE and incorrect!
When I Initially submitted the refund request I was told by them there would be a 10% fee applied because I was returning the item - as change of mind.
I pointed out to them there was nowhere, either on their website or BigW website which states they would apply this 10% fee but they just responded that this was their policy! Never buy from them!

Je leur ai écris et c'est un message renvoyé automatiquement et ça dit que c'est envoyé dans les 5 jours ouvrables. Je ne recommande pas ce site, la prochaine fois j'irai l'acheter en magasin. "No consideration for customers during Covid"
I bought a quick ladder on May 28 and the item was delivered to the wrong address (to my billing address instead of my current address, even though I put it correctly on their website). I contacted customer support and they answered me the next day, which was quick and nice. I responded to them promptly and then they did not answer me anymore after that.
Turns out I ended up having to go pick it up (even though we are in covid times so they didn't consider that, obviously). Definitely the first and the last time I will order from this company. Very disappointing.

I have a golf net purchased from GolfGalaxy that broke after 2 uses. One of the plastic corner pieces snapped. I contacted customer service for a replacement piece and they indicated the net/parts was no longer available and they would send a refund ( I provided original receipt). It has been nearly 6 months ( I have been patient due to covid) and after multiple emails and there response "check is in the mail" I still have not received a refund. They have either blatantly lied to me or are totally incompetent. Now that Golf Galaxy is back open I will try my luck there. What a pain in the A@@!

Couldn't answer to the reaction of SKLZ but wanted to let you know that I was on the German Onlineshop .de.. It was in English but the shop domain was .de.
First: The shop is totally chaos. Some of the products for women are located at the mens collection. Not every article can be found, even if you look under the top category. Its interesting because sometimes you get recomendations for similar products at the buttom of the page, but only there and not in the general overview. It is tricky to find the products. Second: Even if on the homepage it says, that the products are in stock, I got 2 days later the information that they aren't any more.
Third: Sometimes you geht the payment and delivery confirmation one week after ordering, sometimes directy on the next day. It is not consistent.
