"This was the first time I used Jiffy…highly recommend!"

This was the first time I used Jiffy since the Parking Spot closed. I was very impressed by all staff and drivers. They were friendly, caring, competent and considerate. Our car was ready and waiting for us when we returned from the airport in a secure location with the key inside the building. Our receipt was needed To scan in order to exit the lot. I highly recommend Jiffy for JFK parking.

Getting picked up at the airport and return to the parking lot to get my car was a horrible process. Your phones were busy and voicemail was full. I was left at the terminal waiting and trying to get through to someone to get picked up. U website process stinks

Took forever to check us in when we dropped our car off. Other off parking spots I’ve gone to are much quicker.
When coming home I called and you couldn’t even give me an estimate on pick up time. That’s ridiculous and said so. He said things were so busy he could tell. Thank God we got to the drop off and the van pulled up but I was annoyed at the dispatcher for at least not giving me an estimate. I won’t use you again.

Waited for about half and hour forty five minutes for shuttle but staff was very friendly

I would have given them 4 stars but the front desk personnel were not very friendly.

Drop off service was great, shuttle to be picked up offered poor service. Waitted over 45 mins to be picked up. 8 other shuttles passed by , our buss neglected our group twice.
