I will never do business with this company. After at least 15 emails and "verifications" I cancelled the whole thing and just paid cash.

In my opinion, this company is a joke and some kind of fraud. I will be watching my accounts closely for any kind of suspicious activity.

The whole experience was so easy. There were a few more items they needed from me. I sent them over and within minutes someone called me to notify me that I was approved. He then quickly helped me with my purchase. I am so happy with my experience and will definitely share them with other friends.

Anytime there's an issue, their support staff is responsive and gets to the problem. They doan excellent job of explaining the options available to resolve it.

My biggest gripe is how they run their reports. A big issue(at least two months ago) is that you can NOT filter by date on a sales report; it only prints out the entire history of ALL your sales from the first day to the current date. So if you've been a customer for five years and only wanted a sales report from Jan-Mar 2024, you must download the entire history, even if it's five years worth. Also, they don't break out categories, for example, by state. So, if you sell in multiple states, you see all your sales but can't filter out just ONE state(for sales tax).
