"**Beware - Pluxa Does Not Honor Contracts"

I entrusted my property to Pluxa on a three-year contract for use as Serviced Accommodation, with the agreement that I would receive guaranteed rent payments each month. Initially, they paid a deposit and the first month’s rent in November. However, they immediately stopped payments, claiming they could no longer afford to honor the agreement.

They promised partial payments in December and January, but nothing ever materialised.

It’s not just me—many other landlords have been affected in the same way. Pluxa has failed to uphold their commitments while continuing to operate, which is highly concerning.

If you are considering working with them, I strongly urge you to think twice. Their failure to pay rent, broken promises, and disregard for contractual agreements have caused significant financial stress. Proceed with caution!

Pluxa Property is a scam. Stay away from this company. I signed a three year contract with them. After the 5th month, they stopped paying rent. When I contacted them, they said they will pay a 50% for the month. Now
I lost two months of rent. Stay away from this scammers.

Do not engage the services of Pluxa Properties. They are scammers and took funds from my colleagues to say they are setting up properties for him. After taking the money they didn’t not do anything. He is seeking legal advice and considering reporting them to Action fraud. They are SCAMMERS Stay away folks.

My colleagues and I have not long signed 3-year rental agreements with Pluxa, under which they took on our properties as part of an investment strategy for their investors.

However, in December 2024, Pluxa stopped paying rent, ghosted us, and refused to respond to emails or calls.

Attempts to contact their owner, Istvan Vigh, were futile—he blocked our calls.

When they failed to pay rent again in January 2025, we had no choice but to reclaim our properties.

We changed the locks, and one colleague was even forced to evict a Pluxa guest on the spot, leaving the guest to find alternative accommodation.

Shockingly, Pluxa continues to operate, while withholding the rent owed to us.

If other landlords are experiencing similar issues, I strongly urge you to reclaim your property and engage debt collectors.

Do not trust this company to honour their commitments.

I have signed a 3-year contract with them to rent out my property. Initially, they delayed the first month's payment and the deposit by 10 days, giving excuses that they were behind with their payments.
At the beginning of December, I received an email saying that only 50% of the rent would be paid as they were struggling with cash, and the rest would be given back in February with interest. That was not negotiated with u; it was just an email. Since we received the first month's rent, nothing has been paid. Not even the 50%. Possible scammers? They do not answer the emails, and the phone goes to the voicemail.

I have an SA investment with them in Birmingham. I have all the contracts signed by myself and Peter Juhasz if anybody wants proof. They lied about the nightly rate my property would attract. They have fallen short of the estimated target payback as a result of the much lower nightly fees. They delay payment to me. Last month they delayed payment to me by 7 days. This month, despite me paying them their rent, I haven't heard anything from them at all. I have sent an email to them every day for the last 9 days and had nothing in return. DO NOT give them any money.
Try calling their office number and see if anyone answers. It goes straight to voicemail. Why?
I look forward to someone from Pluxa replying to this just to see if anyone still works there.

After having worked with a different company in the UK, managing a few of my properties, I recently teamed up with Pluxa Properties and have been pleasantly impressed with Istvan and Narisha and the rest of their guest relations team. Since handing over 5 of my properties to them the income flow has been steady and reports are readily available. They are a professional bunch and I am looking forward to expanding my collaboration with them.

Massively unprofessional, getting me to email photos of my own apartment for their marketing so they don’t have to, then dropping my apartment after a contract was agreed. No communication about where the keys were left and when, had the audacity to say our communications were poor after we had to chase them repeatedly to find out where the keys were.
