Even though it was late on, on a Saturday night at about 10 o'clock Liam quickly and efficiently discounted and removed our front room gas fire to capture the fully grown woodpigeon that had fall down the chimney and was trapped behind the fire. The fire was refitted, safety checks done and advise given, all completed within an hour. £160 charge for an emergency callout at the weekend compared to other quotes was very reasonable.

The work is top notch and the pricing seems fair, but they're very clear in explaining technical issues and what they're going to do and when they'll do it. They're very happy to have a quick chat on the phone to answer questions etc. Very easy company to work with.
