In the nearly 4 years we have been with Commsprovider, we have found them, and Steve Garbus in particular, to be extremely responsive to any and all requests or issues we have had with our mobile estate. Steve has also discussed and advised on potential add-ons and enhancements, but without being pushy and aggressive for us to spend more money on the newest gadgets. We've also been through one renewal with them and found them to be honest, straightforward, and delivered what they promised in a timely fashion. And all at decent prices. We are very content.

We have previously dealt with some horrendous 3rd parties and have had no end of issues with the contracts they sold us.
