"AVOID THIS SITE!"
By far the worst online casino. It's the only one I've self excluded from. I refuse to put anymore money in. With gambling you win some, you lose some, it's the risk you take, but The payouts are virtually none existent on this site, They just take and take and rig the games so that they never give back. I know other people that have excluded from this site aswel. This is abosolutely shocking. Avoid!!

"Probably rigged"
Probably rigged, one of the worst online casinos ever. No matter what number or colour you play on roulette, you will miss.

"The automated games are clearly set so…"
The automated games are clearly set so that whatever you bet, the opposite will happen, bet 9 spins on roulette in a row covering 92% of the wheel can you imagine what happened? All 9 spins missed, meaning for 9 spins in a row it hit the same 3 uncovered numbers, so blatantly screwed as the chances of this happening are 0.000000000151%!! Yes 0 with 9 zeros after it a % of happening!so clearly decides at one point they've had enough of you playing and the algorithm will just take your money from you, complete scam.

Not a bad Casino and would put Sky Casino Live in the top 3 in the UK. Its clear from the reviews that the majority are down to people losing big money however that is the risk for all casinos.
As being mainly a blackjack player I've won some and lost some I would honestly say I have probably lost more than I have won but again this is gambling and blaming the casino is the sign of a sore loser.
The blackjack dealers for Sky casino are all really nice and are quite happy to engage in conversation and I feel genuinely add to the experience even to the point where I find it a shame that you cant tip the dealer as some of them most definitely deserve the odd tip now and again. I'm not sure if this is the law due to the UKGC or Sky Casinos own policy.
The no wagering bonuses are also a nice touch. You can claim a lot of free spins on sky Vegas open opening an account with no wagering requirements what so ever, You can then use the balance of your promotion winning in the live casino so bare that in mind.
I've never had to contact customer service so I cannot comment on the efficiency of this. Sky casino also has an instant withdrawal system which works very well.
Overall good casino Great dealers/hosts I've suggested to many friends and will continue to do so.
If you turn into a sore loser then stop gambling.

"Daylight robbery"
Absolute disgrace not even any attempt whatsoever to try and disguise the fact the roulette is rigged. How on earth is it possible in a game of 50/50 to see 9 yes NINE red spins off the bounce, I’d really love to see the odds for that. Will not be going anywhere near it again, utter disgrace

"Don't touch with a barge pole."
Don't touch with a barge pole.. especially the slots. They have recently changed the way you play slots and the stop reels feature was removed. Since then it's been a never ending cycle of lose lose lose. I spoke to live chat when they removed this feature and gave me some BS excuse that it was to stop gamblers spending their money more quickly and therefore losing more money. It's not fun, it's depressing almost suicidal. It's not like we can go out anymore so I understand why people go on these sites but it's cruel. They get you addicted offering free spins and once you're hooked that's it they've got you. You don't even win 10% of your money back because of how the games are designed. If it was in a betting shop they close at night but if you're on your phone it's literally available 24/7, and don't get me started on the adverts. Has anyone else noticed how many online gambling adverts there are on TV and then there's the spam in your emails. It's literally everywhere but they promote safe/sensible gambling WTH. How can we when it's those ***** who get you addicted in the first place and it's shoved in our faces. I know because I've worked in a betting shop and it's all about the little freebies they give out. That's what gets you addicted in the first place. All bookmakers are the same but Sky Vegas, especially lately have turned it up a notch. They must be paying more taxes to the government because of the covid pandemic. It's very sinister indeed.

"Absolute thieves"
Absolute thieves, I think they really need looking at. Been a customer of these for a few years now but the last 12-18 months they have been terrible. Yes new customers get great wins but wait until you've been one a while and you receive loss after loss. At least duck turpin wore a mask

"I had a bet today on the horses and I…"
I had a bet today on the horses and I seen that the 2nd fave went out to 250/1 so I thought well going out like that from 2nd fave I’ll put a fiver each way on it and chance my luck. Turns out sky didn’t mean to do this and once I’d already put the bet on at 250/1 they changed my odds to 7/2 before the race started. Now I was under the impression that whatever you buy the odds at is what you will get unless it goes out in odds in which case sky will honour the higher odds? I feel cheated by sky for this bet as the horse did comes 2nd so would likely have won just over £250
