"This is a sham operation"
I am giving 5 stars because these guys the best scam artist, I ever met.
What Ashley DePuma wrote in her 1-star review 6/15/22 is exactly what happened to me 3 months ago.
This is a sham operation. Save your money go somewhere else. There are 6 others who are saying the same thing with 1 start. Yelp has 13 reviews giving this company 1 star.
1) You will never get what you pay for. Instead of many designers, you get one guy producing 12 bad designs.
Go to a site like fiverr.com and find a logo designer that is verified for lot cheaper than these scammers.
If you engage them, carefully observe the following:
1) They claim they have 20+ people. But its 2 guys.
One Indian with a British accent & another guy with a New Zealand accent who pretends to be different people at different times. (who goes by Alvin, Adam, Tyler .....)
2) They claim they are in San Diego, but their phone numbers are not in San Diego, and are redirected to somewhere else. When you get a call back it has a different business identified. (Fake phone numbers).
3)You are billed by a different company.
4) 45 days after I engage them and over 50 emails as many calls, I still haven't got a finalized logo.
If you call 5 times you will get one response 3 or 4 days later.
I am calling my credit card company and filing a claim for refund and may continue with further action.
These guys have the audacity to ask me for more info via TrustPilot. I guess these guys have learned to outwit trust pilots review system by asking for more info and if we don't provide it to dispute our reviews and get it dropped.
So here is an update. After 3 months I am still waiting for my credit card company to finish the review and give me my money back.

"I don't normally write reviews"
I don't normally write reviews, but I had such a phenomenal experience with this company I had to write a review. I initially went for a logo and Alex was assigned to work with me, I've been working with Alex for almost a year, and he helped me with my logo, my website and my marketing to ensure my business will be a success. I have gotten everything I paid for and more. I would highly recommend to anyone who may want to start a scale a business.

"Digit Design Studios is not a good…"
Digit Design Studios is not a good business. I worked with two teams of designers for a logo and did not like ANY of the concepts they came up with. I was told by their Sr. Project Manager Adam Fischer that I would get my FULL refund and I have yet to get said refund. Once I came on here and wrote a bad review, Adam then decided to call and harass me and tell me that I had to take my review down in order to get my refund. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS.!!!! They will be hearing from the BBB very soon!
I find it very funny that after my review was posted and my dispute with my refund that several other "great" reviews all of a sudden came up. BUYER BEWARE!!!

"Digit Design studios is a scam"
Digit Design studios is a scam. They do not guarantee their work or give you your money back. The work on the website is designed to lure you in but they dont know what they are doing and have no concept of what you want. The game is to lure you in at a cheap rate to get you to pay more money for other products. BEWARE.!!!

"BEWARE!! This company is a SCAM."
BEWARE!!! Please read reviews before using.
The exact things on all the single star reviews are EXACTLY what happened to me.
I think the 5 star reviews are written by their employees.
Please DO NOT use this company. I should have read the reviews prior to placing my order. I asked for a logo and they sold me on the upgraded package and talked me into the website package. They are very good sales people. After the initial call and payment it will go downhill from there. They threw together designed not even close to what I asked for. I realized this was not going to work and asked for a refund. Now they say because I asked for a refund I am no longer a customer and it is in legals hands. I'm out Over $1000 with nothing to show for it.
When you call to dispute or get a refund they laugh and are extremely condescending to you.

"Don't Trust These People"
I went on here to get help with designing a unique logo and they were fast to take my money, but never provided any service.
On their website and with their customer service rep they say they're always available and that they'll have a unique logo back to you within 48 hours. I never heard a word from them through call or email, even thought a project manager was supposed to be in touch within 48 hours.
When I called to check on progress beyond 48 hours they said that they would get back to me. When I said that I wanted to cancel my order because I was afraid this was a fraudulent site the customer service rep stated he didn't have the authority to issue refunds and that the non-existent project manager had to take care of this.
The scary thing is that the original customer service rep was incredibly pushy to try to get me to do the full on media package with them (website, printable logo, other swag items) which would have cost about $600. I can't even get my $41 back, so I can't imagine how much they would fight to keep $600.
One last thing, about that $41 for the logo design. The design itself is $36, but then they include "taxes" which came out to be $5 even but came in the form of three separate transactions.
These guys are very sketchy. Their website and sales tactics are the physical equivalent of a dark alley and masked man. DON'T TRUST THEM!!!
**Update** Finally heard from my project manager, Adam, and just got yelled at for cancelling this project with them and was called an idiot for doing so. The cherry on top was that I was threatened to be sued for $10k if I did not retract this review. I'm sorry, but this is a factual review based on real events. Maybe don't threaten people over $41. Seriously, what would you have said or done for the $600?

"This has been the worst experience of…"
This has been the worst experience of my professional life. I believed this to be a real company and paid over $2500 for a logo, website, and other services. The logo they provided me with was a joke. The designer swore it was original when i could find extremely similar examples for sale on Etsy for $10. I decided to pull the project. Well, let me tell you, their 'money back guarentee' is a complete lie. It has been over a month. Nothing has been refunded. They are only agreeing to refund a portion, saying the other portion was for registering a domain i already owned. They will not give me access to the domain i purchased that they supposedly registered. So i am out ALL of my money AND my domain. Complete scam. I am heartbroken. I have no other funds to get my project off the ground. DO NOT trust these people.

"Appear to be fraudulent"
Appear to be fraudulent. When I went to finalize a plan with them the first flag was adding in excessive "taxes" where none would be applicable or legal. Upon further inspection I found that while they claimed BBB accreditation on their website, they had no BBB file at all but there was a very similar company with the exact same business model DigitMediaDesign.com that was ranked F and not accredited. Once I brought that to their attention they thought I was "unintelligent" and claimed they were in business for 8+ years. Check out the time lines on here...less than 1 year. I couldn't find registration in CA where they claim they are based out of San Diego. Phew, I'm glad I always give incorrect name, emails and phone-numbers until I confirm legitimacy!
Read all of the "POSITIVE" reviews here....do they have a common theme to them....yeah...I think so. Potentially paid comments.
CHECK OUT THE BACKGROUND INFORMATION..THESE FRADULENT COWARDS JUST TRY TO FLAG ALL BAD REVIEWS. IF THE REVIEWER DOESN"T RESPOND THEN THE REVIEW IS REMOVED. MOST PEOPLE WON"T RESOND SO TRUST PILOT WILL SHOW YOU FAKE REVIEWS ONLY (This company is 7-0 so far...they got all 7 removed for non-response....I sent in some incriminating and substantiating evidence...(Who they heck else will ever do that though?!?) lets see if it is 8-0 or 7-1!. END RESULT LOOKS LIKE TRUST PILOT IS NOT VERY TRUSTWORTHY EITHER....THEIR POLICYS PROMOTE FRADULENT REMOVAL OF REVIEWS. UPDATE...MAKE IT 7-1, my review has been verified....take heed in what mine and the other negative reviews state and don't get flamboozled by these guys.

"Beware of this company"
Beware of this company. Especially "Alex" and "Eric". I came to them in January this year to get a simple logo for my blog, and I ended up losing over $800 and nights of sleep. Their website says 100% ownership rights of the logo but they won't give you the package until you pay them over $500 for "trademark registration". Then they will try to shake you down for more money by offering you more "services" without any legal promise/statement that Digit Design Studios will transfer full ownerships rights to you. Don't be like me. I ignored the one negative review on here because I figured it was a fluke. If you're a newbie and are not familiar with logo design or trademark registration you're better off with an attorney and a local designer. Oh and if you try to get your money back Digit Design Studios will lie to your card company stating that all the charges were for the design so that it falls under their "terms & conditions" so your company will fold on the chargeback. If you still decide to work with them, document everything! Ask for legal statements, contracts, and promises upfront before paying any money. You'll see them try to worm their way around it. Then you'll know to go elsewhere. Ye be warned. Seriously.
