We have recently completed a full house refurbishment and used Lisa at Ripples London for our bathrooms. Lisa was amazing and we found her a pleasure to deal with. We are very happy with the design and material. She was professional and efficient throughout right to the end of the process. Nothing was a problem and she found us solutions to everything especially the unexpected. I would highly recommend Lisa and Jo (who was there on rare occasions Lisa was off or unavailable) both from Ripples London.

We felt we could come to her with any question and we would get a prompt and helpful reply. This was a big (and expensive) house project and it was great to have her in our corner. "Complete rip off"
I wish I'd seen this page before I went ahead with Ripples. We used the Sutton Coldfield one and their customer service has been shocking, their recommended fitters absolutely useless (and whilst they're recommended they don't take any responsibility for their work), the lack of suppliers meant our choices were minimal and the quality is really quite poor. Absolutely gutted and feel completely ripped off. The name suddenly makes sense.

"Professional service and attention to detail from Ripples Winchester"
I have recently completed a full house refurbishment and used Kerri at Ripples in Winchester for our bathroom design and product selection. Kerri was a pleasure to deal with. She was professional and efficient throughout and unlike other bathroom companies she made a start on the designs during lockdown via zoom calls. She stayed focused right to the end of the process and there was no detail that was too small for her interest or input. I would thoroughly recommend Kerri and Ripples Winchester.

We have used Kerri at Ripples twice now for two different projects. At all times she has been totally professional and has come up with some ingenious solutions and ideas for quite a full wish list in some difficult spaces! The quality is high end too, and we have found it to be worth the extra expense when it comes to functionality and for the overall look we were aiming to achieve. Have no hesitation in recommending Kerri.

"Disappointing don’t use!"
Slightly (is an understatement) disappointed by Ross Buck at Chelmsford store taking 0% responsibility for the design of our master suite not being finished due the vanity not fitting. His words ‘not my problem’ when we paid for a design from ripples.
Very disappointed and will be taking this further as we spent over £30k with you and being spoken to in an awful manner and not taking any design responsibility for the design that doesn’t work with a bespoke vanity!
We will be taking this further and would love to hear from ‘head office’.

"Do not use this company"
Do not use this company. Ross Buck the manager/owner does not accept any responsibility errors made in design and has left us with a vanity unfit for purpose. His final words to me were "not my problem" when trying to discuss the issue and that about sums up their performance. They still owe us over £1000 in refunds for goods supplied and returned but because they have not been able to keep track of this themselves, we have so far been offered £9 the first time and now £417. I would not recommend these to anyone.

"Agree with the other one star reviews…"
Agree with the other one star reviews here. While the planning bit was fun, once they had our money for the items no one took any responsibility for their delivery, or problems encountered along the way - of which there were many including a broken toilet seat and a basin that took 7 weeks to arrive and then turned out to have the tap on the wong side. We never recieved apologies for delays or problems and no-one in the Winchester store ever had any idea of what was going on. There was no overall customer service team to contact for the company - no-one seemed to be in charge. There is certainly no project management of the design - you are left to find your own plumber. The designer never came round to check that how the installation was going and the design plans were woefully inadequate. An exhausting and depressing experience.
