Liane is a complete professional and thinks of everything. She has made the process of writing and altering my will easy and clear with no fuss. She also helped me set lasting power of attorney and made the whole task so much easier than it seemed to be at first. I can't recommend Liane at Western Wills highly enough - she made the whole process easy and put our minds at rest after just the initial booking phone call.

My husband and I have put off making a will for nearly three years since having our little boy and felt awful about it, I think we thought it would be complex and that the decisions to make would be upsetting and a bit depressing. Liane took all of that away and the first appointment really focussed us, she is incredibly professional and empathetic and with up to date industry knowledge she really put us at ease. After the necessary talks with our family, Liane wrote our wills perfectly, we then had our witnesses and Liane sign them and while we have a copy each, Liane arranges for the official copies to be kept in Legal storage for safe keeping. Both appointments were done in our own home in the evenings after bedtime so no childcare was needed :)
