Did a great job with the 500 honor boost order. Took almost a year because so much honor was required but booster and cake stayed in touch.

So there's no confusion I want to start off and say that this review is indeed FOR Cakeboost.com
I'm not the type of person to write out reviews but i'm genuinely baffled at the lack of, and poor customer service I've experienced with this company that I thought I should write one to warn and hopefully prevent this from happening to others. I was pretty hopeful and excited to try cakeboost since there are a lot of positive reviews posted here, but my experience has been the complete opposite of the compliments they have received.
I placed and paid for my order 2 weeks ago and was told they would start that same day. I mentioned to the booster and person behind the Cakeboost discord acc that I didn't need the order done asap, just wanted to see continual progress and be kept up to date with the unlocks, when they were logging in and logging off. Was only pinged when the boosted needed the mobile auth done and after that it was complete silence. Checked my account the next day and saw there was NO progress... After I had to contact the booster and figure out what was going on I was told that something had come up and he would definitely start 6 days later. Like I stated earlier I was in no rush to get the order done asap but my started to have my mounting suspicions about the legitimacy of this company. I ended up giving him 8 days and logged in to see yet AGAIN no progress... and this is where the story becomes repetitive, I HAD to reach out, find out what was going on, was given a bs excuse blah blah blah. One of those times I reached out, the booster told me he wasn't able to start when he should have because his GPU broke a couple days earlier but he was getting it fixed. I mean... wouldn't you as a customer want to be make aware of this? I sure would. Since the payment was made I have been told 8 DIFFERENT times that the boost would be started. Here we are, 2 weeks later and still no progress.
TLDR:
To sum everything up these people will leave you in the dark, give a multitude of excuses and can't seem to communicate with their customers even if their life depended on it. You quite literally need to babysit them in order to even get updates or progress on your order. Im at the point where I truly believe this is a scam. Will update in a weeks time if my order ever gets finished, if not I will contact my bank and charge back.

Update 1/9/24
They've tried to take my review down twice now. This most recent one today claiming that I reviewed the wrong domain and that it was actually meant for one of their competitors "EpicCarry"... Goes to show they care more about their fake 5 star reputation instead of their customers and completing orders in a timely fashion. Definitely wasn't a mistake because in my initial review it clearly stated in the first sentence that the review was meant for cakeboost. I had put that in there because I read that they tried doing the same thing on another persons review. It's distasteful and shameful that CakeBoost is trying to hide these negative reviews because if they were to put as much effort into their boosts that they do into trying to scrub negative reviews from trustpilot, this review would be 5 stars and they would actually have an honest 5 Star rating.
As of this updated review, my boost still hasn't been completed and was just contacted by the booster today after 2-3 weeks of silence saying that he will be continuing the boost. Progress for the boost isn't even a quarter of the way done, I've even gone as far as helping out the booster and completing some of the work for them in my own free time as a means of getting them off my account for good. I stand on what I said before about staying away from this company and finding another company to do your boosts. I won't stand for dishonesty and being called a liar.
