"Used Cakeboost twice for D2"

Bought two "3-raid" packages for Destiny 2 and they were both completed in less than 12 hours. Communications have been very friendly and I look forward to using Cakeboost in the future.

"First Time Customer"

First time ordering from Cakeboost and my experience was great. Customer support was quite responsive. The order did not take long to complete. Just as stated, from the order to completion did take what the site has advertised.

Overall, would order again in the near future.

I'm going to give a nice long explanation as to why I am giving cakeboost 1 star and will never use a service from them.

10 weeks ago I made a purchase of the gladiator boost.
Now if you go read that page it says things such as,
"Our professional players will help you not only complete the desired WoW Gladiator but also coach you how you should behave in all encounters. Learn all tips and tricks for your class from real game gurus."
"Order will be completed during the season depends on your personal skills."

So two things that make it sound like a self play, but really they are selling a piloted service. Once I found out I immediately said I am not comfortable with account sharing and would like a refund, the customer service people on discord gave me a run around, and still are. They insisted the boost was going to start "soon" for about 3 weeks until I start asking for a refund again as I have been wanting this entire time. "Let me ask the manager" 2 days later I ask for an update "Let me remind the manager" I even sent an email to two different emails of their customer service and still have not had a reply. To top it off going back to the gladiator page on the website it says "ETA for start 1-5 days" it was over 3 weeks and they couldn't find a team so that is a lie.

It has been 10 weeks with no confirmation of my refund being processed or anything and the chatting with their discord customer service is like talking to a wall.

Edit: This review is meant for Cakeboost.com who over two years after I made this review is trying to have it taken down by telling trustpilot I did not write this for them.

Again this review is definitely written for Cakeboost.com and the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a WoW service.

"Awesome experience"

Awesome experience. Boosters were quick and delivered as promised on time. 0-1800 3v3, only took them about 3 hours once they got started. They upgraded my Sinful gear as they progressed too since I was honor capped when they started. Order placed on 3/23 and completed 3/28 since I didn't get the expedited option.

WARNING!
If you choose piloted play, most likely all your macros will get deleted and they will change pretty much all your key binds. So, make sure to make a copy of your Warcraft Text File folder beforehand and disable macro synchronization (/run SetCVar('synchronizeMacros', 0)).
