Great ordering experience. 1 Item missing - called them up and it was sent out 1st class - lovely lady I spoke to on the phone too. Fab products. We love glow sticks!! Yet to crack them all, but so far, so good. A couple of bits for stocking fillers too.

Paid extra for next day delivery. When I called to track my order, I was told it had been lost and wouldn't be delivered. Would I haven been informed if I hadn't called? I doubt it! Very poor service. Will not use again.

Ordered 3x light up whistles (to blow).
Arrived fairly quickly and well packaged but one whistle didn’t work (didn’t light up).
Not worth sending back as probably cost more than the whistle.
So, bit disappointed as it could have been tested before sent.
